An intense ruby color with remarkable brilliance and limpidity. An expressive, elegant nose of strawberry and blackberry with spicy and floral notes. A clean attack followed by a harmonious balance of roundness, fullness and tannins on the palate.

Best enjoyed with grilled tenderloin with mushrooms, seared duck breast with blackcurrant compote or braised chicken with shallots.
