Tuscany is a dream come true with its cypress trees, its architecture and its vineyards. Florence, Pisa and Siena are surrounded by ancestral vineyards where Sangiovese is king.
Tasting notes
In the glass it presents a brilliant purple-red color. On the nose and on the palate, aromas of red fruits predominate, such a strawberry and cherry, which are accompanied by aromatic herbs and a mineral touch. The eight months in barrel give it notes of cocoa as well as a beautiful structure. It is a round wine, with a long and very balanced taste.
Food pairing and serving temperature
Can be enjoyed with game ragout, roasted meat, backed lamb, grilled caciocavallo.
Serve between 16°C – 17°C
