BENJAMIN DE BEAUREGARD BIO 2021 POMEROL

Benjamin is made through a very strict plot selection on rather sandy soils. Vinification is adapted to the harvest, and less than a third of the wine is aged in new oak, to ensure delicate wines. La robe garnet-red with purplish tints quickly gives way to a powerful nose with notes of blackberry and sweet spices. Fresh on the palate, with velvety tannins.

Tasting notes

Very dark in the glass, on the nose the wine jumped with dark fruit, cherries and berries, both black and blue. It tastes like Blackberry, Blueberry, Prune, and Mushroom. The body is Light/Medium.

Food pairing and serving temperature

Best enjoyed with Grilled Meat, Roasted Beef, Cheese.
Serve between 16°C – 18°C
