CH DILLON 2020 HAUT MEDOC

 The domain is located in the heart of the Médoc vineyard and more precisely in the Haut-Médoc appellation. Between the sky and the water, this beautiful image represents well this mythical soil which skirts the estuary of the Gironde, between the softness of a microclimate and the richness which brings the alluvium of the river.

Tasting notes

The color is dark with garnet reflections. The nose is very complex with a dominant of red fruits and notes of vanilla, caramel and mocha in the finish. The mouth is extremely elegant. The exceptional sweetness of the attack is supported by a beautiful vivacity which reveals aromas of red and black fruits. The fuity finish is very long with vanilla notes, all on very fine tannins.
