Refined and aromatic, Cazauvieilh Bordeaux Moelleux is a sweet white wine which seduces with its fruity side, its suppleness and its balance.
Tasting notes
A pale-yellow color with golden highlights. A delicate nose of dried fruits, flowers and spices. A very nice balance on the palate with roundness and acidity.
Food pairing and serving temperature
To be served with foie gras, “sweet and sour” chicken, aged cheeses or a dark chocolate cake.
Serve between 10°C – 12°C
