Created in 1983, Les Fiefs de Lagrange, is much more than a second wine produced by Château Lagrange, a 3ème Grand Cru Classé located in the Saint-Julien appellation
Tasting notes
Dark and purple color, it has a very intense bouquet, with pure black cherry, crème de cassis and crushed violets. The palate has crisp acidity, quite tensile in the mouth and lively.
Food pairing and serving temperature
Best pairs well with robust dishes such as grilled red meats, roasts, mushroom dishes and mature cheeses.
Serve between 16°C – 18°C
