Tasting notes
The color is a beautiful pale yellow with silver highlights. The nose is frank, elegant and very open with notes of lime, grapefruit and pear. The attack is ample and silky, with a very nice freshness. The sugar-acid balance is very pleasant and gives a lot of elegance to this wine. A lacy Riesling, with a long and enveloping finish, dominated by
citrus fruits.
Food pairing and serving temperature
To be served with salad, seafood and fresh vegetables.
Serve between 10°C – 12°C
