The Duc de Vigneray cuve comes from the best plots in the south of the PAUILLAC appellation. Their plantings gives it an exceptional personality marked by elegance, balance and finesse.
Tasting notes
A dazzling garnet-red color. An intense nose of red fruits with delicately woody and spicy notes. The tannins are silky on the palate with a lot of roundness and body on the palate. A long and very pleasant finish.
Food pairing and serving temperature
To taste with a nice rib of beef grillet with vine branches or rack of lamb.
