Tasting notes

Beautiful limpid and brilliant straw yellow color with fine silver reflections. The nose is very complex, rich in beautiful notes of exotic fruits such as lychee and passion fruit, but above all of rose, which comes out more and more with aeration. The mouth is long and ample. The acidity is fine, delicate and very refreshing. It is a semi-dry wine but without any heaviness. We find the fine aromas 
of the nose, with a dominant for exotic fruits and in particular lychee

To be served with exotic cuisine, as an aperitif or with cheese
