Tasting notes
A garnet color with ruby reflections. An elegant nose of red berries, with floral and spicy notes. On the palate, the Cazauvieilh Graves is round with a frank attack and silky tannins. A long and aromatic finish with aromas of pepper and fruit.
Food pairing and serving temperature
To be enjoyed with a peppered beef fillt or a platter of mature cheeses.
Serve at 18°C
